Transformation is, according to Cambridge Dictionary,: a complete change in the appearance or character of something or someone, especially so that thing or person is improved. It is a metamorphosis, of sorts.
Many people reach a point in their lives where they no longer recognise themselves. Often when they hit mid-life they do not recognise the person that they used to be in their teens or twenties. I help guide individuals back to themselves using a range of techniques. Together we address mindset and beliefs that we are all so susceptible to, especially when exposed to mainstream media every day.
As your transformational coach I support you to dive below the surface and to examine your beliefs, images, and interpretations about who you are and your purpose and place in this world. We explore why you experience life as you do. Then - and this is the important bit - we explore what goals you want to achieve and what you would rather feel/do/believe; and work towards that change - the transformation.
You will become free of patterns of thought and emotion and anxiety that may have held you captive for a lifetime.
If you are coming to me for weight management issues - this is not a diet. If you have tried diets in the past, lost weight, and then put it back on again (and more), you will understand that diets do not work. Working with me will transform your relationship with food. You will be able to eat without restricting yourself, without starving yourself and without guilt.
When we change the relationship we have with ourselves, then our relationship with others, with food, with life will change too.
