It is a new method of therapy that helps you change any unhelpful responses you have to triggers in your life. So, if certain things make you anxious then we can change how you respond to those things and remove the anxiety. If you have low self confidence, we can discover the trigger and change how you feel.
Whilst it is helpful to know the root cause of any issues - this is a totally confidential method and it does not require you to reveal any information you would prefer to keep secret and it is carried out in a completely conscious state.
It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific - it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life.
We can work on phobias, fears, habits (smoking, weight loss), anxieties, grief, procrastination, self esteem issues, confidence....

Hypnotherapy has been proven to help people deal with a range of issues including stopping smoking, anxiety reduction and weight loss.
During a session you will gently close your eyes and enter a state of deep relaxation. Then your unconscious brain can begin to do its work with the aid of very specific suggestions from a qualified hypnotherapist.
You will be guided to find positive beliefs that can change your behaviours.
You will remain in control and you will not do anything that you do not want to. Forget the stage hypnotists –it really is nothing like that.
Sometimes we need to get to the root of a problem. We need to find the initial trigger which has resulted in a behaviour or reaction that is not beneficial to you. Then once it is brought out into the open you can address it and it no longer has an influence on you.
Hypnoanalysis enables you to search through your past memories to find that event or situation which was misunderstood by you at the time (normally when you were a young child) and to address it now with adult eyes to make it more comfortable.
The process of ageing has very nearly as much to do with the mind as with the body. Some people just seem to ignore the accumulation of years and maintain a level of energy and enthusiasm normally associated with those of a younger age.
To some extent it may be to do with their genes … but your attitude and state of mind has a much bigger impact.
The Ageing Unplugged programme helps to create positive change almost without you realising it. You will start to develop better resilience, optimism and energy.
You will also find ways to delay some of the physical process of ageing, as well as how to cope with some of the ‘stuff’ that life dumps on us all from time to time. We will cover some effective self-help strategies as part of a supercharged personal coaching process.
