Develop an inner calm

We all become anxious at some point during our lives.  Sitting an exam or having a job interview can give us sweaty palms, racing heart and nausea.  Once the event is over, our bodies return to normal.

For some people though, this feeling of anxiety occurs for no apparent reason, or continues long after the event has occurred.

This is where I can help.  Your subconscious is responding to a perceived threat and we need to reassure your brain that it is over-reacting and can relax and be calm.  You can find a more appropriate way of responding and ultimately a better you.
